new (to me) exmark wb

hey everyone! im new to exmark and especially the ecs control system. i recently purchased a 2004 exmark metro 36" with the 12.5 kawi and belt drive. i got it with 126 hours on it. i ordered a velke1x and a rackem catcher. anyway when i got the velke put on it wouldnt tow me.. i only weigh like 165. so i looked in the manual and it said to move the bolts down on either side with the springs, so i moved each side down to the middle. i tried it .. it was better but not how i want it. i moved it down to the 3rd one tonite and i hope this solves it. i have a lesco belt 36" and it drives up a mountain with me on the back. anything else it could be? its all lubed up and the belts look fine.

Hello Lance,
You might need to adjust your transmission belt. In front of your transmission is a half moon slot with a carriage bolt. Adjust the bolt to tighten the belt.
You might want to move the bolts on either side of the spring back to were they were originally.
