HAnover Slateface

I have a client who wants the slateface paver from hanover. Looks like real bluestone. I will be attaching it over existing slab. Should I wet or dry lay it ? Anyone with experience in this ?

Never - I would just apply with construction adhesive and sweep in poly sand.
