Another Express(Mulch) Blower Accident?

Did anyone hear of an Express Blower accident yesterday in New Hampshire? I was talking to my Finn rep today and said there was one where someone fell into the back of the machine and the guy lost his leg.
Just wonder if anyone heard about this? What company?
