View Full Version : How do you guys organize your work? Scheduling etc.

I use a Day Timer Time Organizer. Its a note book size binder. Every day is 2 pages. All my Monday's lawns go in the Monday section. If I don't finish then the lawns spill over to Tuesday. I then do Tuesdays lawns plus the spill overs from yesterday.

I have a little section in the front that I use for a to do list. Hedges, clean ups, or what ever. I X off everything that iv done that day. I put a check mark next to the X if I have entered it into the computer (Quick Books) . This seems to keep me organized.

How do you guys keep track and keep organized?

I use QXpress which integrates into Quickbooks. It does my routing/scheduling and invoicing. I just schedule a job and on that day I can print up a route sheet with all the jobs for that crew that day.
