guys I know the ideal time around massachusetts is around sept..but what can I do for people besides hydro and sod too much$...for my fescue lawns can I mix in loam with existing soil, seed and get results? please advise on a propper seeding method in mid April...I'm talking a 500sqft area where construction occured. not damaged spots
