I have a lawn that needs to be overseeded. It is a 1/4 acre, and the land is perdominately flat. Can you give me a price if i have to supply seeds, and could you give me a price if I don't have to supply seeds. Your replies is greatly appreciated!

How do you plan on doing the seeding? We Aerate then seed. $15 per K for each. So that would be $30 per 1,000 sq ft. for both.

What seed and at what rate does it call for? What is the actual size of turf area?
