best way to clean up lifted thatch layer

what's the best way to clean up a lifted layer of thatch after dethatching? what i came up w/ was raking, blowing, mowing (with a catcher attachment), or a lawn vacuum like the billy goat. is there some other technique i'm not aware of?

We always just use the ZTR with a Peco bagger:)

All I do after power rake is blow it into the street with my 10hp lil wonder & back pack..tarp it & toss it..takes 5 minutes..or just blow it into the neighbors yard :O

Use ztr to blow it in a pile or use a backpack blower to get it in a pile.
