I have to stabilize my property in order to get my CO. I planned on seeding the Lesco Transition this fall, but I will need something down before then. Should I just seed with an annual rye and then reseed this fall or can I seed with the Transition seed now? I am in the Richmond, VA area BTW. Thanks for the input.
