Hydraulic piston pump or air compressor

Need info. on which you think is the best way to go? Cleaning , maintence, spray pattern, noise factor.

spray pattern is the same , the piston pump is more expensive to repair over time . Cleaning is about the same

hydraulic = can pump farther (hose lenth), but costs more to maintain and has a greater initial cost

air pump = cheaper initial cost, cheap and easy to fix and maintain, but has about a 125' maximum hose lenth.

I am going with an air pump on my unit, we will see how that works out.
