Field test: Ferris new 61" IS2000Z mower

Yes, another one. Looking in the Charlotte, NC area for a professional to do a field test on Ferris' brand new IS2000Z, 61" deck (either a 25hp kawasaki or 27
hp Kohler).

Here's the drill: The distributor will be in touch. You get this great mowing machine for 2-3 weeks to test on your regular jobs. Write up some notes about what you observe, etc (hopefully some photos????). Send it to me at jkendrick@turfmagazine.com

We pay you for the field test, not Ferris.

Not sure if this helps Jim, but I am in NJ and we have owned 20 or more Ferris machines over the past 12 years. I'd love to give that new unit a demo for a couple of weeks if it's possible.

Don't know (1) why Charlotte or (2) why we don't seem to have any lawnsite guys in the Charlotte area who are up for this.

Ferris's Northeast Distributor (CADCO) is 10 minutes from me.

I have done work for them over the last 10 years or so.

The president of CADCO (Tim Congdon) and I went to HS together as well.
