guys I know the ideal time around massachusetts is the fall..but what can I do for people besides hydro and sod, it's too much$...for my FESCUE lawns, can I mix in loam with existing soil, seed and get results? please advise on a propper seeding method in mid April...I'm talking a 500sqft area where construction occured. not damaged spots..what's a good lesco blend?
