I know mail boxes are off limits, so where is the best place for flyer / business card placement ? Front door, garage door, car windshield, or maybe somehow posting it in the yard

We always put them on the front door. It takes a little longer than mailboxes or car windows, but it doesn't seem as unprofessional.
