I have a property with thistle in eronymus ground cover, what is the best way to get rid of it?

Unfortunately, anything you spray on it will take out your (I'm assuming you meant) Euonymous ground cover. You will have to do it the old fashioned way. Put on gloves first, then yank 'em out. Water well the day before so that soil is loose.

Put on a rubber glove, then a cotton glove over that and dip into Round up and apply to target weed. Or take a foam paint brush and dip into Round up and apply to target weed. Try to separate as much as possible the leaves of the desired plant.
If you pull the weed and leave any part of the root it will come back. That is why I do not pull weeds, I kill them.

Correct. You cannot pull thistle without leaving roots. When you pull where one was there will be three. Do not pull.
