That dreaded bahai is sprouting already here in Bama. Ain't had a drop of rain but its rearing it's ugly forked head already!

Yep, bahia is growing good and the good grass is burning up.

Went to poking around and found this. Not sure how much use it will be.

If you don't have St. Augustinegrass, you can use MSMA or DSMA to get rid of Bahia, but it will certainly take several applications. Space the applications about 10 days apart. If you have St. Aug - you may need to spray heavily infested areas with roundup and resod those areas after the bahia is dead. I know those seedheads are ugly, so good luck getting rid of the stuff.

Its actually good for business too! When nothing else is growing it is and everybody hates it!
