52 24 honda mini hustler used with bagger 04

Looking at buying a 52 24 mini with bagger. mower has 145 hours. not sure if it is a '04 or '05. he wants 6500.00 with bagger and would sell without bagging system but is not sure what he wants. need help knowing what to offer just for mower. Would like to buy all but don't have that much money.
Also this is the owner of the Hustler dealership who is selling it, so it has been serviced well. Have a 52 20 fastrak for sale in Idaho.

Which bagging system? cloth bag or clamshell?
I am guessing 4500 to 5000 without??? hard to say without seeing the mower.

It is the clamshell - I don't know what kind of value there is on that. I was thinking around $4,800. without. What does $6,500 sound like with the clamshell?

With the catcher 6500 is a good price, that catcher has a MSRP of 2600 or so...
