Stihl 026 manual - choke not working

I have a stihl 026 pro chain saw. It would not start so I removed the filter assembly to replace the spark plug and now the choke is not working properly. I am not certain if it is missing a part or not. I would like to get a service manual or at least a drawing of that section if possible. Can anyone help? thanks!

Post a picture of your air filter as it is right now, I can tell you if theres anything missing from it.

Solved the problem, the spring was install incorrectly. It works great now.
