Bagger for FasTrack 20/52

I just purchased a new Hustler bagger for my FasTrack and I am having issues. I have used it once and the blower kept on clogging, a total of three times. I had to take it apart to clean it. Also, the belt flew off, which was very time consuming. I really like my Hustler but my experience with the bagger is quite dissappointing and the price in my opinion doesn't match what you you actually get. Any suggestions on the new bagger for better operation? Thank you in advance.

I have only heard of one instance of this catcher not performing, and we sell a lot of these.
