employee sick pay and vacation

Hey All,

For those of you who have employees, especially on salary how much paid sick time and how much paid vacation do you give them?

Paid Vacation - salarieds - 1 week after one year, 2 weeks after two years, 3 weeks after 10 years.

Sick time - salarieds - 2 paid sick days, one paid personal day.

- ONE week paid vacation after a year.

- NO sick days.

- PAID holidays after THREE months.

In Mass. We work 9-10 months and when it snows. That to me is vacation time with unemployment pay, big year end bonus and cash for snowplowing. All paid holidays, which means Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor day. All sick pay, just don't make a habit out of being sick. I also pay full health for 2 full time employees.
