Can you use CGM in Landscape around a Fish pond?

I have a neighbor that has a fish pond and they used a pre-emergant once in the landscape and by doing so... it killed 3 of their fish. I wanted to ask you guys this question for her. Can you use the CGM as a safe alternative?

Yes. CGM is a common ingredient in fish food and won't harm the fish. I think the only caution with CGM is dust inhalation.
