configuring doubles

when putting 2 blades on a bolt is this the correct position
+x+ or x+x also is there any way to avoid belt wear if there is any

+++ is the correct way but i guess you could play around w different ways.think im going to try 3 blades per some day.

Lawngeek When you have that many blades under there, it doesn't seem to make much difference how you have them configured. :) To avoid belt wear, start up the blades at the lowest rpms you can.

AWM Last fall one week when the leaves seemed to drop all at one time, I put on 3 blades plus a magic mulcher per spindle. It did shread the heck out of the leaves, but it took some power to do it. I wouldn't recommend this, but it has been tried. :)
