H2B Employees in the north?

Does anyone use H2B to get employees in Minnesota or any other northern state?

Well I am just across the river from you and I dont think that any of the LCO's around here use them. But ALOT a farmers sure do use them!

Our frustrations with that program continues.....we have been in the program for three years. Last year we got our first workers in October even though we were approved in December of the previous year. This year so far we only got one worker, two more are still in Mexico waiting for the two governments to process them across. The AG workers are getting processed first. No wonder they come cross the border illegally.
