Communications with customers??

Just wondering what methods you use to stay in contact with your customers the most! If I missed any big companies please let me know.

just not served well yet.ive tried two services an cancelled
as they werent dependable.

I NEVER give out my cell phone #. I had one customer abuse it. Calling all the time for the stupidest things. I would not even give it out to high dollar accounts. I like to burn up my minutes on what I feel are important calls.

I have more current and new potential customers using email to contact me. No website yet, but I put email address on flyers. The upper income customers like to use it.
