View Full Version : What is a good Cub dealer price?

I am looking at a Cub Tank M60 with Cat diesel. what should be a competitive dealer pricing for this unit? I know they should come in cheaper than the MSRP. Was curious if anyone had bought or at least priced the M60 with diesel (non ROPS model).
thanks for any input.

First of all, I have to ask - What are you looking for? Is it brand, gas, diesel, dealer location? Why CubCommercial? :usflag:

I had a Cub commercial before and liked it a lot. I prefer having a diesel engine.
I was curious as to what the average difference should be between the prices posted on the Cub web site and the out the door dealer price. for instance the web site has the unit priced at $7299 with the 27hp Kohler, but know the dealers will see them for less than this figure. Im sure they mark up 1.5-2K more for the diesel engine. I was just wondering what I should expect to have to pay for the diesel model without the dealer blindsiding me.
I know when I bought the Deere I have, it had a $13,250 web site MSRP, but got it for $11k. Just wondering what I should expect from the average Cub dealer. I want the diesel and it only comes on the M60 or M72. I really dont need the 72. thanks.

I thought I heard the dealer say around 11000.00, don't quote me on that price though.:)

that would make it a 4-5k increase for the diesel option.Yikes! dealer offered the M60 with standard 27hp gas for 6599.
makes me think again about getting a year old model while they were still sticking the 24hp Hondas in them.
