drill attachments for blades

I saw in lowes a drill attachment w a groove and a small grinding wheel anybody have experience w this tool?

I have a tool, which is not a drill, but a handheld grinder that uses a wheel like that. I use it in conjunction with my blade sharpener. It works very well for the mulching blades that are usually on push mowers, where a regular blade sharpener doesn't work that well. It will sharpen many other small surfaces, as well :)
