How much does each tree cost?
What do you mean by site prep?
How far do you have to drive to pick them up?

what are you using to dig the holes?
And who cares how high the tress are. How big is the ball? Potted? Burlapped?
weight?
How close are the trees to where they need to be?
How hard is the soil?

i'd say it's a little high, but i don't know the terrain. if he accepts it, go for it.
