what fluid

What fluid do i put in my 48" bobcat belt driven walk behind gear box. I see it has a fill cap on the top of it

They are packed with betonite grease, Although I seen on J-thomas's site they offer a 90w synthetic grease so maybe the new transmissions have seals to hold the grease in. I would suggest removing the cap and stick a screw-driver inside and see if it's thick grease or a liquid type grease and go from there.
