Engine Oil for Trimmers and Blowers

[GreenMachine GT20]

I just bought a brand new Homelite blower along with my Maruyama string trimmer. Does it matter if I use Maruyama oil in my Homelite blower, or Homelite oil in my Maruyama string trimmer? Also, my dealer mentioned mid-grade oil for my trimmer. Does this also work for the Homelite blower?
They both have two-cycle engines.

I use stihl 2-cycle mix in everything that uses it, even my echos.
That's just because I buy it by the flat, or case.
But I agree, a quality oil first, quality equipment wouldn't hurt.

Maruyama , Stihl, Echo, Shindaiwa, Robin 2 cycle oils are all premium blends. Can't go wrong with any of them.

I go with the stihl. Cant beat being able to buy a case of premeasured bottles.
