I have a 5x10 w/ 12in tires and gate i bought $750.00 (800 w/ title and license) and its a great trailer but i am getting ready to get a bigger one but its held up great. Dad was driving and didnt see the pallet in the road and hit it and popped a leaf spring out but it fits right back in the slot. They make good trailers. -Mitch-

my first trailer was with them. next time i want something a bit heavier built. there is no primer under the paint, and the pin that holds the split gate broke.

I purchased a new 7x16 last year from carry on. Ive been pleased with it so far, I dont load it to its limits (7000 lbs) I need the 16 foot of space. They seem to be ok trailers. As far as prices go, its hard to say. Different parts of the country have different prices, just depends on what the market will support.

I bought a carry on trailer at Tractor Supply Company for $1800 with tax, licence, and spare tire. It's a 6x12 with a side gate. It pulls behind my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 beautifully. The split gate in the back was starting to break so I drilled a hole and put a large bolt through it and it works much better and doesent wobble. I also bought a plastic cargo box and bolted it to the the frame on the front and I store tools and saftey equipment in it, I also installed a trimmer rack behind the side gate. I am very pleased with it. I suggest these trailers to anyone just starting off.
