What should I be paying for this machine?

What should I be looking out for since its used?

Whats the difference between kolher and kawasaki?

I bought mine new in 2005 and I paid around 4k (with bagger) It depends on the hours on it and its overall condition. I have a 15hp Kawi on mine and it cuts through some serious cabbage. As far as a difference between a Kolher and a Kawi. I don't know, they both are good engines so I really don't see a difference. In my opinion I would expect to pay between 2800.00 to 3400.00 depending on condition.

How many hours are on the machine? I prefer the kawasaki engines but the kohler engines are a little bit cheaper. Low hour mower, be ready to give about 2000-2500 for it. You should get the remaining year warranty with it.
