Seeding Question

I have read on here on numerous occassions that when all of you seed, that you make sure that the customer signs off that the seed is not guaranteed. Does anyone have a copy of a contract like this that they use?

Yeah. Mine goes something like this. Mr Smith....the seed is not gauranteed to work.
