How do I calculate how much mulch I need to trailer in for a mulch job? THanks

(Sq. Ft.)*(depth spread)/27=cubic yards

Length X Width = square feet

sq ft X the number of inches deep you want to spread it

That number divided by 12

Then that number divided by 27

I just always say one yard of mulch covers about 180 Sq ft of a bed with no previous mulch and one with mulch is 200 sq ft. It's not science but I don't go wrong.
