Blades not engaging

Wright Stander 61" 25hp
Problem: Mower goes off whenever we engage the blades.
We already check the area where we stand up to ensure there is nothing stuck there. Tks

Check your operator presence switches (Safety switches) Sounds like one is not working.

I just had the same problem on a 36" wright stander. The relay that is on the right side if your standing on the back is bad. The one I worked on, you could smell it, it was burned up, put a new one on, worked great. It was located on the right side frame rail almost near the deck. Hope this helps.
