Forum upgrade to 2.0 final release

Vbulletin, the forum software, is now upgraded to version 2.0 final on LawnSite (it was in a beta version before). It features some database queries optimization and security fixes, so you shouldn't notice many changes.

When upgrading, I followed the instructions but unfortunately overwrote forum icons, including smilies -- I guess Chuck will put them back to normal.

What happened to the spell check feature? (not that I used it much)

Just found that on vBulletin user forum :

"The spellcheck button was commented out in the template because spellchecker.net who provides the service is discontinuing their free service shortly (at the end of the month I believe)."
