Just placed a bid on 3 apartment complexes.. Guy called me out of the blue.. He seemed pretty laid back, he emailed me addresses, I went and checked them out then he asked me to email him the quotes..
I wonder how long it will take for him to get back to me?
And when I should do a follow-up if I don't hear back in what a day or two?
He's part owner of the property management company, and the complexes were just bought out..
