RPM's on 23 kohler engine

I have a 60 inch turf tracer with the 23 kohler.
Can you tell me what the rpms are supposed to be at?
Also How do you adjust them...

Your throttle rpm's should be set at 3600. To adjust your throttle, it will take, I believe, an 8 mm wrench to adjust the high idle adjustment screw on the throttle body.
