View Full Version : Signatures

Ive noticed some signatures bordering on excessive. Shouldnt the body of the message be longer than the signature? Seems there should be some sort of limit on sig size either by KB or number of lines. IMO 6 line limit is ample space for whatever needs to be repeated every post.

Thanks for listening.

I agree, Bill, that is a bit excessive. I had no idea what you were talking about until I saw it for myself. Wow. I guess we just ignore it.

You guys are never going to make it as hackers if you can't solve this
little problem.

click profile, then edit options, then under thread view options check
the no box for Show user's signatures in their posts?

See lamers no more useless chatter.

Hey Stone, lamer #2 here :). Guess I never will be a hacker, I'll leave that to my brother. He lives for it. Me, I'm more of the outdoorsy type.

I'll just ignore it. Thanks for the info, though.

Before flaming - consider this: I post to help real LCOs
and annoy morons. Which are you?

He wasn't being rude at all. Two options, you can look at my signature and complain all day and have everyone get rid of their or signatures, ot you can take 3 seconds out of your "surfing" time and change an option you have to view signatures or not.

Sounds easy to me.

WOW, I thought mine was long, but I just saw one on the Samauri grass ninja or something like that and it tells a page long kung fu story!! I might see your point now!
