greasing exmark's employee screwed up

i had a new employee grease some of our machines the other day, completely forgot to tell him to not grease untill it came out of the seals, i hvae never had this problem before because i alway greased myself. i have e-xmark turtracers - no spindles grease fittings only on wheels... just wondering if my seals are officially screwed now? or can i just clean off grease around seal and will things be back to normal? am i over reacting?

our employ's always grease until grease comes out and we have never had a problem with any of our equipment. they grease the mowers usually 2-3 times a week and have been doing things this way for almost 18 years. I would say you are completley fine.
