Tree Growth Rates??

Anybody know the size expected of a river birch and canary island date palm, planted from a 1'-2' seedling, over a 3 and 5 year period?

river birch should get around 12-15 ft in 5 years....barring anything unusual and givin adaquate care....fast grower.

dont know about the other one.
