1/2 acre yard

How long would it take for one person to do a spring cleanup on a 1/2 acre yard. Bushes in front of the house need to be cleaned of leaves. the lawn would have to be dethatched and clened of stick and debris. I know these jobs wouldn't be done this time of year, but I'm curious how long it takes some of you. Thank in advance for all answers.

I did something like this last week. It took me alone about four hours. There were two large beds with smaller trees and shrubs, and three small beds. I removed leaves, weeded, trimmed shrubs, and mowed. I'm guessing you could dethatch in the same amount of time I mowed with a 36" and 21".
