I am looking at buying a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer and getting it custom done inside to be specifically made for Lawn Care, I have two options, not sure which one:

Option 1:
Includes:
• (2) 2-Way Sidewall Air Vents (Aluminum)
• (2) Non-Powered Roof Vents
• 48" Side Door with Cambar Lock
• 54" Extended Triple-Tube Tongue
• Extra Floor Studs on 16" Centers
• Rear Ramp Door with Spring Assist
• (2) 12V Dome Lights with (1) Wall Switch
• Aluminum Tread Plate Stoneguard
• Surface-Mount E-Track (1 Row on Both Sidewalls)
• Shelf Across Front of Trailer (24" Deep with 3" Lip)

Option 2:
Includes:
• (2) 2-Way Sidewall Air Vents (Aluminum)
• (2) Non-Powered Roof Vents
• 36" Side Door with Cambar Lock
• 60" Extended Triple-Tube Tongue
• Extra Floor Studs on 16" Centers
• Rear Ramp Door with Spring Assist
• (2) 8" Round 12V Dome Lights with (1) Wall Switch
• Aluminum Tread Plate Stoneguard
• Extra Pull-Down Handle on Rear Ramp Door
• Interior Kickplate on Both Sidewalls (3/4" Plywood; 12" Tall)
• (8) Recessed Wall-Mount D-Rings (4 per sidewall; halfway up)
