Hello hd guy,
The Metro line is belt driven. The Viking line is hydrostatic. A 48" Viking, hydrostatic, 15 hp Kawi with ECS lists for $4599.
We no longer offer a 13 hp option on our WB.

2005 was our last year using the 13 hp Kawi. In heavy cutting I think it would bog down, but in normal cutting conditions it worked fine.
