Neighbours with snow blowers!!!

Hi guys, need your help! I need more clients that I can offer my services 12 months or year round. I do snow plowing but the neighbour of the customer has a snow blower and he does the drive way. :dizzy: I need cash flow 12 months out of the year. How do I get them to sign a 12 month equal payment plan (contract). Do I offer an incentive program? Sign up now for 12 months and receive a $50 gift certificate from some store. I did offer the 1st month free but I don't think I'll do that again.:dizzy: Need some help!!

12 month cashflow or not, a slow year is a slow year, so might as well learn the skill of saving while some money is still being had, because Jul-Aug is right around the corner.
