Is there any way to reset a digital hour meter?

why would ya want to do that? are you selling the machine soon?

It's a brand new machine but I accidently left the key on, and rackd up a bunch of hours.

If you buy a new one that would reset it to<br>zero. But be advised a trained eye can spot approx how many hours a unit has w/o any hour meter.
