marketing to buyers and sellers

hello,
over the winter i wrote up letters i planned on sending to homes for sale and homes just bought. these letters spoke of he value of curb apeal and making your new home your own, as well as maintanace. i figured i could go to town hall and gt a list of title trasfers and send them that way, anybody ever try that?

Just get some Realtors as friends. Let them get the leads for you.
But know what you are selling. (better offers, faster sales, =happy customers which = more listings with bigger #'s all of which put more money into the agents pocket, Don't try to sell grass cutting)
