Bed renovation

A lady wants me to redo all her beds. She wants all plants removed, everything sprayed, add topsoil where needed, and to till. How should i go about pricing it? If you have done this, what were your steps in pricing it? thanks for the help<br>Dingo

Come on you guys i know some of you guys have done this. Her beds are about 1,200 sq ft. how long would you say it would take one guy to clean all the crap out of them. <br>thanks<br>Dingo

no tiller but im going to rent one for $50 for a day

How can we give you an answer with out seeing what you are working with for equipement and the area in question.Just quote it for $30.00 per hour,(or what ever your hourly rate is) plus rental tools and tell her you will do the best you can.We have all been burnt on jobs at some time.It's the learning process.Maybe if you bought one of Phil's books you would have a working table to go from.
