driving from one job to the next came accross a toro walk behind.stopped to look at according to sign. one year old toro commercial walk behind with bagger 36in deck 5 speed 1 reverse sign said less than 20 hrs.look excellent condition.motor is kaw;460 which is what? sign said he paid 3600 asking 1800 o.b.o is this a good deal?

Start it, cut with it see how it runs, true hrs are always a hard call. Is it a fixxed or floating deck? With a new bagger it sounds like a good value, baggers run 200-300 for toros. A deals only a deal if you can put it to work for you.

$3600.00 for a gear drive 36" is a bit of a stretch. They are around $1900.00 to $2400.00 usually. For a couple of hundred more you can get a brand new mower with a warranty. The FB460V is a 12.5 hp.

Having bought a few of those over the years, it's a real good deal if hours are true. The bagging kit alone is about $250. I'm assuming that it has a floating deck (about $350 more the fixed). New with the bagging kit - about $3300.
