I hate to admit it but I no longer need my wifes help, I have no need for the scheduler and I have cut my "after work" time by 25%.

I do not work for or endorse nor have I been paid to evaluate (obviously) this gopher product but guys, seriously, if you are a professional and are serious about your business, get the freakin software (if you dont already have it).

Anyone new to the biz or anyone, like myself, who finds themselves missing a few jobs here and there and cant keep track of invoices etc....this software rocks!

I score this product a 9 outta 10 and I have tried em all

I have had it for a couple of years now. The only thing its really good for is schedualing. There quite a few things in invoicing and payment that I cant even expalin that bother me. I give it a 7 out of 10

I have used it for over 3 years now handling hundreds of accounts, scheduling
routing, invoicing, payments. The only fault is no spell checker.
Very easy software

I demoed that stupid thing like 3 times and couldn't stand it. Excel is so much faster and you can manipulate it however you want. Of course for financial matters I use quickbooks. I guess that was my biggest problem with all of the lawn care software the financial data just didn't hold up to QB.

Route List:
You can only use have list at a time. When you print the list, it also prints your whole customer list instead of just the route list that you have set up.

Reports:
AR report has customers with zero ballance.

There are a couple others that I have found...

well, how do you print your route invoices to put on the trucks to cut stamp cost?

I gave it a try..... thought it was hokey,,,, found several glitches, informed the makers and they said sorry......

it would'nt do several things I wanted it to...... there's NO way I would pay to use that bug factory

What bugs have you came across? The only issue I have had is with using it on Vista... it sometimes wont back up or start up correctly. I have to reboot the program and then it works fine.

I did gave gopher high points many years ago but due to the fact that they don't upgrade the program and the fact that the palm took over 5 years in development and the end result was a lame software that still in beta for over 2 years now it's just not excuse.
So I felt the same when I started using the program but now I give it 1 out of 10

that's really NOT the issue, all software is sold Broken...

the issue I had was there customer service...

they just didn't give a crap, So I didn't either...

Welcome to the unhappy gopher customers.
I can't believe how gopher just ignores customers needs, feedback or comments, it seems that they only care about selling the software to first time users and then just forget about current customers.

Well if anyone wants I will sell them my issue of gopher with the most recent "update"

I think they need to stop worring about making lame a** videos and make software. Thats why we bought it

ps. its the pro version with all options, barcode scanner and barcode scanner rights.

Jason,
I would be interested in buying it. Has it been registered by anyone? How much would you want for it?

I dont use Gopher but think its hilarious that the OP used a sarcastic thread title to get people to read it and it turns out most of the responders agree with it!
