small like deck wheels

i was looking today at are co-op at these mowers.what are the small wheels on the back for?they look like deck wheels.

The wheels you see are installed on every Hustler riding mower.
They are stabilizer wheels, in the rare case that the mower may want to tilt back when running on a slope, these wheels will stop the mower in most cases from coming over.
A proper mowing plan and safe slope operation will help prevent the possibility of this happening.
They also help when loading and unloaded on steeper trailer gates and such.
