Hate to tell you, but postage went up to 39 cents back in January. As long as the envelope doesn't weigh more than 1 ounce yo will be OK.

personally if it were me, I would just go the post office and take one of the envelopes there with the magnet in it. have them weigh it, then you'll know for sure.

Mail 200+ and you can get a bulk rate.
I'm pretty sure the magnet cards are too heavy for one stamp......

You should not mail magnets in a regular envelope. The Post Office sorts all mail on machinery and it will rip open anything with an odd shaped item in it. You need to pay 52 cents each for them which is the rate for odd shaped mailings and have them hand sorted at you local post office.

Like I said before, as long as it weighs less than 1 ounce AND isn't thicker than 1/4", a 39 cent stamp will be OK. I've seen things thicker than a magnet mailed for 39 cents and there was no problem.

Hate to tell you this but No your maill will be dumped into a big hamper and shipped to a processing center where the machines will sort it...The USPS does not hand sort mail unless the machines wont take it.
If its a flexable refrigerator magnet then most of them will survive. If there not flexable , well sorry. Also be aware the magnets will stick several letters on the side of the machines and may delay thier delivery some untill they are found. I would guess about a 2-3 percent loss overall.
You may want to mail a few to yourself and friends to help monitor delivery.
