I was looking in autotrader and found this website where the make trailers and sell them at dealer prices. And they deliver anywhere too. I can get a 16ft w/ 83in deck and 4000lb axles for $2050.00 with out delivery. The ramps look pretty well built too. What do you think about this? Do you think it's worth it to have built and delivered? It's between this and a 16ft equipment trailer with wood deck, and 4000lb axles for $2150.00. The website is below..

It looked good until I saw the frame is made out of angle iron. I prefer channel.

They are offering some of the best paint I have ever heard of. I bought an equipment hauler two years ago, it was rusting withing 200 miles.

No primer, barely covered the steel with black paint.

That looks like a VERY good deal to me. Depending on where they are located, it might be worth it to just run and get it. They usually charge $1.50 a loaded mile for delivery.

The equipment trailer has the channel. Those are some nice looking trailers.

Well guys, I think this is the best price I am able to get. This trailer is a heck alot better built than what I have seen and almost got sold until I saw this website. I'm calling today to figure out how much it is going to cost me to bring it to Ohio. I'll let you guys know. I think I might just get the landscape model and call it a day, cause I always can rent an equipment trailer when ever I need a skid-loader or bigger tractor and such.

I almost got a Kaufman, If I recall correctly shipping was pretty crazy to Cleveland (near enough to where you live).

Also, if they don't have the trailer in stock, there is like a 6 week back log.

Otherwise it's a good trailer, at a good price.

You might also want to try: Jti Johns Trailer Inc - (440) 232-4311. They're located by me, so it can't be too far from you. Their service is second to none, they are not the cheapest but after you pay shipping from Kaufman, they might be. They only sell name brand quality trailers.

Hey thanks, I'll give them a call tomorrow morning before I go out and work. I have a sales person calling me in the morning about the Kaufman trailer to see what my final price will be.

Did you look at any of the Prostar Trailers? They are located in Lima, should be close to where you live!! I got their 16' landscape trailer for I think $1750 from a dealer. You might be able to get it cheaper through the actual factory. I really like the trailer, it is not quite as wide as the others but other than that I like the trailer. Their website is www.prostarusa.net you should check them out!

** If you have any questions about the trailer just ask me.
